The design language is inspired by JACC’s core values: stability, integrity, and progress. A minimalist layout with strong typography and powerful color accents conveys confidence and focus.
Content Strategy
I structured the site to tell a clear story: Who JACC Is, What They Do, and How They Create Impact.
The navigation hierarchy prioritizes ease of use and scalability, allowing new sections, project pages, and investment updates to be added seamlessly as the company grows.
Each project they have was broken down into:
Introduction: What the project was built to achieve and a video showcasing the build and results.
Numbers: At-a-glance stats on the project.
Project Specs: The details of the units being constructed, along with the various options available to potential buyers.
Packages: How their builds can vary for basic and premium packages.
Photos: A rotating carousel of images of the project.
Call to Action: How to get involved or invest.
Functionality & CMS
Built in WordPress, the site empowers the JACC team to manage and expand content in-house. Modular layouts and custom fields ensure consistency while maintaining flexibility for future development needs.
